In this leadership role, you’ll support the Centre Director and Educational Leader in guiding a committed team of educators and driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
Previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting
A genuine passion for outdoor, nature-based learning
Familiarity with CCMS platforms like Qikkids (highly regarded)
A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Solid understanding of the NQF and EYLF frameworks
In this role, you’ll:
Collaborate with the leadership team to support ongoing quality improvement
Assist in developing and reviewing centre policies and risk plans
Step into the Responsible Person role when required
Mentor and support educators to deliver exceptional programs and care
If you're a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, family-focused environment and you're ready to inspire a love of learning and nature in children, we’d love to connect with you.
